Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kryptan Alerts (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Kryptan Alerts lets you configure price and percentage alerts for cryptocurrencies and view related portfolio information. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. Not financial advice
The Service provides information and notifications only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and you trade at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
4. No guarantee of alert delivery
We do not guarantee that alerts will be timely, accurate, or delivered at all. Delivery depends on third-party systems (e.g. exchange data feeds, push-notification networks, your device and connectivity). Do not rely on the Service as your only source of price information.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it in violation of applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on the Service or from missed, delayed or inaccurate alerts. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intent or gross negligence) remains unaffected.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and, where applicable, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
