1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Account data — the email address and credentials you use to register and sign in.
Alert & watchlist data — the coins, price sources, thresholds and holdings you configure.
Push notification token — a device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver your alerts.
Technical data — limited request metadata (e.g. IP address) processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the service.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and this website sets no cookies.

3. How we use it and legal basis

To provide the service — manage your account, store your alerts and deliver notifications (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract).
To keep the service secure and reliable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interests).

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that operate the app on our behalf:

Google Cloud Platform — hosting and database.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivery of push notifications.

These providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

We keep your account and alert data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the associated data within [e.g. 30] days, except where law requires longer retention.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@kryptanalerts.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
